Steak Salad

Original Recipe

@chacekitchen Steak Salad Sundays Part 20🥩🥗 Steak Salad Ingredients: * 1 cup spring mix * 1 cup arugula * sliced steak (I used rib eye) * handful of blackberries * handful of Persian cucumbers, sliced into rounds * 1/3 avocado, sliced * handful of pistachios, chopped * handful of green onions, chopped * handful of mint, chopped * handful of croutons * crumbled feta or goat cheese * Boursin dressing Creamy Boursin Dressing (I doubled the recipe in the video): * 1/2 cup olive oil * 2 tbsp white wine vinegar * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 1 tbsp fresh dill * 1 tbsp fresh parsley * 1 tbsp fresh chives * 1-2 tbsp hot honey * 1 tbsp dijon musty * 1/2 tsp salt * 1/4 tsp pepper * 1 large spoonful of @Boursin Cheese #steaksaladsundays #steaksalad #steak #cooking #dinner #saladrecipe #saladrecipes #easydinnerideas ♬ Sunday - HNNY

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spring mix

  • 1 cup arugula

  • Sliced steak (I used Rib Eye)

  • Handful of blackberries

  • Handful of cucumbers, sliced into rounds

  • 1/3 avocado

  • Handful of pistachio, chopped

  • Handful of green onions, chopped

  • Handful of mint, chopped

  • (Optional) Crumbled feta or goat cheese

  • Vinaigrette of your choice - Link to my favorite

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high

  2. While the grill preheats. Pat the steak dry, drizzle with ~1 tablespoon of olive oil, and add your desired salt and pepper

  3. When the grill is ready, place the steaks on the grill—turning steaks every 3 - 5 minutes until you reach your desired doneness. Then let sit for at least 5 minutes.

  4. Add to a large bowl your spring mix, arugula, blackberries, cucumbers, avocado, pistachios, green onions, and mint

  5. When the steak is finished resting, slice it into desired pieces and top the salad.

  6. Add your desired vinaigrette and enjoy!


Ground Beef & Corn Tortillas

Ingredients

  • (Optional) Olive Oil

  • Ground Beef

  • Corn tortillas or corn tortilla chips

  • Taco Seasoning

    • 1 tablespoon chili powder

    • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin

    • 1 teaspoon sea salt

    • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

    • ½ teaspoon ground paprika

    • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

    • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

    • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

    • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

Directions
